MEC SCHOOL POLICIES

GRADE PLACEMENT

GRADE PLACEMENT

GRADE PLACEMENT

To maintain a consistent and structured learning environment, all students at MEC will be placed in the same grade level as their regular weekday school (public or private).

Example: If a student is enrolled in Kindergarten at their regular school, they will also be placed in Kindergarten at MEC.

This ensures students learn with their age group, following the same eligibility cutoffs used by local districts (e.g., children must turn 5 years old on or before September 1 to be eligible for Kindergarten) ( TK transitional kindergarten students will not be eligible for enrollment).

While students remain in their assigned grade, MEC provides individualized support inside the classroom:

Advanced students may be given enrichment work.

Students needing extra help will receive support from the teacher and assistant.

This approach keeps our classes organized while still addressing each child’s unique needs.

REGISTRATION

GRADE PLACEMENT

GRADE PLACEMENT

For the safety and security of all children, only students listed on the official MEC registration roster may attend classes.

Students not registered through MEC’s official process will not be admitted to class.

Parents who have not yet registered must complete registration online at madinaec.org (http://madinaec.org/) under the Registration section.

MEC offers multiple payment options

We kindly ask all parents to complete registration before the school year begins to ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone.

Thank you for your cooperation and support in helping MEC provide a structured, safe, and nurturing environment for all students
