About us
At Madina Educational Center, we believe that every student has the potential to succeed. We strive to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that empowers students to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
Madina Educational Center (MEC) is a non-profit corporation incorporated under the laws of the state of California. The purpose for which MEC is formed is to inspire learning, and to transform the children of today into the leaders of tomorrow through mentorship and excellence in education.
MEC is a leader in the field of education and curriculum building, and has served the surrounding communities as a weekend Islamic school since 2010.
What we stand for
At Madina Educational Center, we are passionate about providing high-quality education to all individuals. Our story began with a desire to make education accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or location. We believe that education is a powerful tool that can transform lives and create positive change in the world.
Provide our students with the following tools of success: we teach Islamic studies, Quran memorization, comprehension, and classical Arabic language relating to the Holy Quran.
A productive, confident Muslim identity is achieved by integrating Islamic teachings in all subject areas and a strong curriculum that meshes faith and academics. Madina Educational Center ensures a proud Muslim identity is planted and established from a young age.
Who we serve
MEC is centered in the city of Murrieta and supports enrollment from the surrounding communities. Families travel to us from across the region every Sunday.
